2015\u5e749\u6708\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40(FDA)\u9881\u5e03\u4e86\u6700\u7ec8\u7248\u672c\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u6cd5\u6848(FSMA) \u914d\u5957\u6cd5\u89c4\uff1a\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4eba\u7c7b\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u73b0\u884c\u826f\u597d\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u8303 (cGMP)\uff0c\u5371\u5bb3\u6027\u5206\u6790\u548c\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u9884\u9632\u6027\u63a7\u5236 (21 CFR, Part 117)\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u6bcf\u4e2a\u98df\u54c1\u5de5\u5382\u9700\u8981\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5efa\u7acb\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u201c\u9884\u9632\u63a7\u5236\u5408\u683c\u4eba\u5458\u201d\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u8f93\u7f8e\u4f01\u4e1a\u57282016\u5e749\u670819\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u9700\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u3002
\u7531\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u9884\u9632\u63a7\u5236\u8054\u76df(FSPCA)\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u4eba\u7c7b\u98df\u54c1\u9884\u9632\u6027\u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\u662f\u5f97\u5230\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u6309\u7167\u7f8e\u56fdFSMA\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u98df\u54c1\u4f01\u4e1a\u5efa\u7acb\u5b9e\u65bd\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u3001\u5f00\u5c55\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u4eba\u5458\u5fc5\u987b\u53c2\u52a0\u7531\u901a\u8fc7\u4e86FSPCA\u6559\u5e08\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u8bb2\u5e08\u6388\u8bfe\u7684\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u5408\u683c\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002
