Bhd (Acumen) fromTexchem Resources Bhd which remains shareholder for the remaining 49%. With this acquisition, M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences consolidates its presence in Asean.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-rich-content\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-rich-content field-type-text-long field-label-hidden\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">\n<div class=\"field-items\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">\n<p>Acumen is a leader in food, microbiology and chemical testing in Malaysia and a global solution provider offering an extensive range of analytical testing and monitoring services. The company operates 3 laboratories in Perai, Subang Jaya and Johor Bahru and employs about 100 people.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Sans, President and CEO of M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences said: \u00ab&nbsp;This partnership provides us a strong entry into the flourishing Malaysian food safety market.
