Resana, Italy \u2013 February 3rd<\/span>, 2020 \u2013<\/strong> M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences, one of the global leaders in food safety and leader in environment testing in Italy, announces today the acquisition of the Italian company C.P.G. Lab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Founded in 1978 and based in Cairo Montenotte (Italy), C.P.G. Lab is specialized in environmental analyses. Equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and technologies, the company notably offers a very large panel of testing, field activities and consulting services on water, waste, air & emissions, soils & materials for the benefit of Italian customers. C.P.G. operates two labs strategically located in Cairo Montenotte (Liguria – 1350 sqm) and Porto Torres (Sardinia – 300 sqm).<\/p>\n

This acquisition strengthens and consolidates M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences leading position in the environment sector for Italy where the company already has eight laboratories operating in this area.<\/p>\n
