The John H. Silliker Awards are delivered every year to reward the teams demonstrating the best and live examples of our company values (Integrity, Accountability, Excellence and Initiative<\/strong>) and most significant achievements. An additional award has been also delivered, embedding our mindset and priority for Customer centricity.<\/p>\n

  • Integrity:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Award for Integrity has been given to\u00a0North American IT infrastructure support<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Excellence:<\/strong>\u00a0The Award for Excellence is given to\u00a0Spain for the Food Science Center<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Accountability:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Award for\u00a0Accountability is given to\u00a0Mexico for the new Lab inMexico City<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Initiative:<\/strong>\u00a0The Initiative Award has been given to\u00a0Digital Solutions for the development of EnviroMap<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Customer Excellence award:<\/strong>\u00a0The Customer Excellence Award has been given to\u00a0Brazilian Ambiental Operation Team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    On top of these five awards is the\u00a0John H. Silliker Award<\/strong>, embracing the complete set of values and culture. This year, the John H. Silliker Award has been given to\u00a0China<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Exceptionally this year, based on the topic of the Worldwide Management Meeting, a special award\u00a0\u201cOur People first\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0was delivered embracing our ambition to create the right context for people engagement and collective efficiency. This Award has been given to\u00a0the Netherlands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
