With the social and economic development, the demand of well-balanced diet becomes higher and higher. Especially the food label management work has been taken seriously by the international organizations and many countries, most countries stipulate related regulations and standards. China Ministry of Health released <General Standard for the Labeling of Prepackaged Foods> , and this regulation enforces all the pre-packaged food labels should be in mandatory labeling of four nutrients and energy (“4+1”) content value and total nutrient reference values (NRV) percentage.
