Rapid Detection Methods for Pathogens in Foods

Mérieux NutriSciences China has introduced 4 advanced BAX and 2 VIDAS, which respectively applies high sensitive and high specific PCR technic and ELFA technic, the rapid testing reagent kit they apply has been verified by AOAC, compared with the traditional methodology instructed by USDA Microbiology Experiment Guideline, FDA Bioanalytical Manual and AOAC standard etc., the testing period can be 2~3 days less, and the sensitivity and specificity are equal or even better than the standard traditional methodology. 

Mérieux NutriSciences China has an experienced, stable technical experts group with mature rapid testing technology by using VIDAS and BAX system, they have validated the technology by testing 25g to 375g food samples, which enable us to provide pathogen rapid testing services on all foods and environments from farm to dining tables, and issue precise and reliable testing report.
